I am an Engineer who is now a Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB) foodie. I have lost 45kg (99 pounds) and love that I can eat as much as I want, and don’t have to worry about weight.
This dietary lifestyle has helped my whole family. They have reversed heart disease, high cholesterol, type II diabetes, obesity, acid reflux and joint pain.
We live in a time where processed food is not only readily available, but also hyper palatable (like a drug), it is no wonder we can’t stop. Eating a WFPB diet actually takes away that addict mentality.
My hope is to help you find your way, while we cook easy, healthy, nutritious and yummy whole food plant based food.
