Welcome To Your Plant Based Journey.

You’ve probably done some research and now find yourself ready to start on your plant based journey. You might be here for support in losing weight, or find yourself with a lifestyle disease and don’t know how to cook with only plants.

About Ela

I am an Engineer who is now a Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB) foodie. I have lost 45kg (99 pounds) and love that I can eat as much as I want, and don’t have to worry about weight.

This dietary lifestyle has helped my whole family. They have reversed heart disease, high cholesterol, type II diabetes, obesity, acid reflux and joint pain.

We live in a time where processed food is not only readily available, but also hyper palatable (like a drug), it is no wonder we can’t stop. Eating a WFPB diet actually takes away that addict mentality.

My hope is to help you find your way, while we cook easy, healthy, nutritious and yummy whole food plant based food.

The Standard American Diet (SAD) is killing us.

These statistics are scary, but the solution lies at the end of your fork.

percent or more of Americans are obese or overweight.

million Americans have diabetes or pre-diabetes.

Heart disease is the #1 cause of death in the US.
