This dietary lifestyle has helped my whole family. They have reversed heart disease, high cholesterol, type II diabetes, obesity, acid reflux and joint pain.
We live in a time where processed food is not only readily available, but also hyper palatable (like a drug), it is no wonder we can’t stop. Eating a WFPB diet actually takes away that addict mentality.
